As a Certified Dementia Practitioner and National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach, I guide my clients towards optimal recovery using an integrative approach. Notably, I was honored as National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach - Best of Pittsburgh 2023.

In November 2023, I partnered with Doreen Putnam & DCPutnam Consulting to assist families, caregivers, and patients in navigating the challenges of Dementia and Alzheimer's Disease. In addition, I co-lead a second-year National Community Grant-funded program through the National Parkinson’s Foundation, where I provide education on nutrition and lifestyle care, exercise, whole-food, plant-based choices, stress reduction, and the importance of restorative sleep.

By implementing these strategies, we can reduce the risk of inflammation and chronic disease, while enhancing emotional well-being. I am deeply passionate about collaborating with determined individuals who are ready to take control of their lives. I firmly believe that the success of any program lies in synergistically addressing the entire body towards optimal recovery.

Dr. Daniel T. Wagner practices Integrative Medicine and graduated from the School of Pharmacy at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh in 1975. He furthered his education by obtaining an international M.B.A. in 1993 and a Doctorate of Pharmacy degree from Ohio Northern University in 2000. Throughout his career, Dr. Wagner has been the recipient of numerous prestigious awards and recognitions. Notably, he was honored as the "Pennsylvania Pharmacist of the Year" in 1996 by the Pennsylvania Pharmacists Association, and was recognized as one of "The Fifty Most Influential Pharmacists in America" by American Druggist Magazine in 1999. In 2000, he was named among the "Pharmacists of the Year 2000" by Drug Topics, and also received the "American Pharmaceutical Association 2000 Merit Award" for outstanding service in the field of pharmacy practice.
