Marla's Story
As a Certified Dementia Practitioner and National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach, I empower my clients to achieve holistic recovery through a multifaceted approach. My personal journey includes triumphing over a severe sepsis infection in 2020, a feat made possible by the strength of prayer and natural healing techniques.
In November 2023, I joined forces with DCPutnam Consulting to support families, caregivers, and individuals grappling with the complexities of Dementia and Alzheimer's Disease. In January 2025, I was appointed to the Medical Advisory Board with the Parkinson Foundation of Western Pennsylvania. Additionally, I lead my own Parkinson Study, where I provide insights on nutrition, lifestyle practices, exercise, whole-food, plant-based options, stress management, and the critical importance of restorative sleep.
By embracing these strategies, we can lower the risk of inflammation and chronic conditions while enhancing emotional well-being. I am deeply passionate about collaborating with motivated individuals eager to take control of their lives. I firmly believe that the key to any program’s success lies in addressing the whole body in the pursuit of complete recovery.
It would be my honor to accompany you on your journey!
